Machining: The Foam Engraving Molding Machine utilizes CNC six-meter five-sided milling for machining, with CNC grinding employed for the gantry side plate and motor seat. Bed precision machining ensures parallelism and verticality during operation, distinguishing us from small manufacturers using profile assembly or thin square tubes. Welding inorganic processing ensures precision, aligning with our pursuit of excellence.

In contrast, other companies generally use chains, synchronous belts, or ordinary fine-threaded screw rods, which offer a wider range of lifespan and accuracy but lack the precision of our transmission system.
Wire: Our company uses high flexibility shielding wire specially designed for CNC machining centers, suitable for a wide range of environments and offering a long service life.
